Medicinal Cannabis Plants - Malawi, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe

Leaves

These are several, ambitious projects, to establish medicinal cannabis growing and processing plants in the four neighbouring countries of Malawi, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The projects come in a wide range of operational scales. The size of investment required for each project is between USD 0.8m to US$7.5m. For the largest project, the company forecasts revenues of over US$56 million, returning US$27 million net profits after tax during the first 36months of operation. This represents 48% profitability and 386% Return on Investment respectively. It also means the initial investment will be paid back in less than 23months.

We are looking for either a single wealthy investor to fund each project; or multiple participants with smaller amounts to pool together to buy these projects.

To fully appreciate the unique opportunities and extraordinary growth prospects presented by Medicinal Cannabis requires a conversation with one of our consultants.

Lithium Claim, Rushinga - Zimbabwe

This project is an exciting lithium claim on over 150 hectares of land; with the option of a further 300 hectares. This early stage investment requires further investigation of the claim to quantify the amount of mineral on the site.

Tested samples of the ore show a lithium content of 3.1%. Existing Lithium mines, currently in production in Zimbabwe, have a mineral content of 2%.

For the exploration work, the claim requires an injection of USD 50,000 for Geological Surveying through aerial mapping and core drilling.
